Cabela’s Big Outdoorsman Cot with Lever Arm

Most people are probably thinking what a cot is, and how useful it really is. Well it’s a long, sturdy sleeping surface. And for those who have been camping, sleeping is always a rough part of the night. By having a level surface to sleep on, you’ll have a better time sleeping.

Although most cots aren’t comfortable due to the nature of the fabric being sturdy to take on a lot of weight, the Outdoorsman Cot is oversized, allowing for the user to have some slack, giving a more comfortable sleeping experience. In addition to this, we love that the cot has a lever arm, allowing for easy setup and takedown with its foldability. Just fit it in its own carrying bag, and it’s easy for transport or storage.

In order to make the cot a bit comfier, we do recommend having a sleeping bag/blankets with a pillow, as more often than not, the head is a focal point of uncomfortableness. A cot is a great way to provide a better sleeping experience with a sturdy, level surface (much better than sleeping on rocks or twigs underneath the tent tarp).
