A great quality of life tool that hikers can use whenever they go out is a hiking pole. Hiking poles are used to provide support and stability while hiking.

The G2 hiking poles are a pair of poles I’ve used recently, and I knew I had to write about this. It helped my grandmother hike alongside us using the poles as support, which is something that we never knew could be possible. It helped her walk along the trail part-way in which she then turned around to walk back to the campsite, as she was beginning to tire out. However, in my case, I was hiking alone, and after an hour or so, I had to start using the hiking poles in order to move along the trail. It felt very comfortable within my hand, which helped in stability and grip.

The hiking poles come with baskets for the snow and mud, and have rubber tips, creating a pole that could be adapted to various environments. Built with aluminum and carbon fiber, it’s built to last and be lightweight.
